Our lambs are raised on pasture, and supplemented with local grains. We butcher once a year (in December) but take reservations up to six months in advance.

We tap our own trees and boil down the syrup on our property. Each season's syrup becomes available in February (weather permitting) and we sell it as long as supplies last.

We have flocks of Delaware chickens and Coturnix quail. Three quail eggs equal one chicken egg in size, and can also be used at that ratio for baking.
