Whole Lamb

$10/lb | average 45 pounds

Our lambs are raised on pasture, and supplemented with local grains. We butcher once a year (in November) but take reservations up to six months in advance.

Eggs

We have a mixed flock of Delaware and leghorn chickens, a flock of Khaki Campbell ducks, and a flock of Coturnix quail. 

Four quail eggs equal one chicken egg in size, and can also be used at that ratio for baking.

Maple Syrup

$15/pint | Feb-August (approximately)

We tap our own trees and boil down the syrup on our property. Each season's syrup becomes available in February (weather permitting) and we sell it as long as supplies last.
